AUTHOR BIO
JOSEPH H. BOYETT, Ph.D. is a political commentator (The Attack Democrat Blog) and founder
of Boyett & Associates, a
leadership consulting and research firm. He has been a policy
advisor to senior officials in Social Security and the Department of Education, a
consultant to
a number of Fortune 500 companies including IBM, British Petroleum, Merck, EDS, PeopleSoft
and BellSouth.  

Dr. Boyett is the author of
